Colliers names head for Czech valuation team

Stephen Connor was appointed head of the valuation and advisory department for real estate service firm Colliers International in the Czech Republic, effective June 2011. Connor will move from Colliers’ Warsaw office to take up his new position, and all current valuation team members in the Czech Republic will remain in place.

Jan Klouda (35) has been named the new General Counsel at Vodafone Czech Republic. Together with his legal team, he will be responsible for supporting the company’s activities, especially the continued growth in providing ICT solutions. Klouda joined Vodafone in 2007 as Director of Legal Affairs.

“We expect Jan Klouda to support us in achieving our strategic objectives in a legally safe way,” said Colin Shea, Vice President for Strategy, Planning and Regulation, in a press release.

Aneta Lendvayová has joined the advisory and valuation team at the Prague branch of real estate consultancy Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) as a senior valuer. The five-member team offers advisory services in real estate and development project valuation to companies operating on the Czech and Slovak markets.

Lendvayová has seven years’ finance experience. Prior to joining C&W, she was a credit analyst with Eurohypo bank, and before that she was a relationship manager in the finance department of the Slovak bank Istrobanka.
