Michal Hašek has a fair chance of being named the next leader of the main opposition Social Democrats (ČSSD) at this weekend’s party congress in Brno. But how and where did Hašek earn the title of Juris Doctor (or JUDr., in Czech)? Is it worth the paper it’s printed on? Thus far, the media hasn’t taken a hard look at the young politician’s academic credentials.
