A Czech citizens' group has ‘named and shamed’ poorly performing MPs by compiling a full list of their attendance for voting. In party terms, the junior coalition government member TOP 09 comes out well from the figures and the main opposition party, the Social Democrats (ČSSD), badly. Among the worst performers was former Prague mayor Pavel Bém (Civic Democrat, ODS), the KohoVolit.eu initiative says.
