The suburbanization of Central Europe is running rampant. Former inhabitants of the region’s capital cities have been flocking in droves to its outskirts. But the reality of the region’s version of the “American Dream” is dead suburbia. A two-year project, which aims to bring these issues to light and the communities to life, will see 30 interventions–rooted in architecture and the arts–realized in six localities in Central Europe.
