No deal ahead of May 31 expiry of current deal between association and top clubs

Czech ice hockey's national association has rejected a proposed new contract put forward by the grouping of top league clubs saying that it clashes with its fundamental aims and its underakings towards the sport's international federation. The latest stand-off between the Czech Ice Hockey Association (ČSLH) and Association of Professional Ice Hockey Clubs (APK LH) comes with just over three months to go before their current deal expires.
