Czech rapper Bonus has been producing music at the underground level for many years, in a string of different guises. Now, however, the “DIY” musician is receiving mainstream attention for the first time, after his latest album “Náměstí Míru” (“Peace Square”) recently took the inaugural Apollo, an album of the year award intended to be a Czech equivalent of the U.K.’s respected Mercury Prize.
