An upbeat Czech Finance Ministry has announced another international arbitration victory, this time against a group of Swiss investors who saw their plans of a waste incineration plant, backed by Czech environment ministry guarantees, go up in smoke. The consortium blamed the state with a near Kč 5 billion claim submitted to a German arbitration tribunal.
