Location within a district is not taken into account on the rental maps

Czech Real Estate Data

Great article. This is truly a missed opportunity as it would help the industry tremendously in Czech Republic to have data from real estate transactions compiled.

Real estate agents really have a poor reputation in Czech Republic. I had read before that 50% of transactions are without agents but to hear now that it is closer to 40%, and that from the head of Czech Chamber of Real Estate Agencies (ČKRK) shows the need in the industry for regulation to improve the image. It is too easy to get a real estate license in Czech Republic.
